Administrative Personnel
When contacting our endodontic group your first encounter will be with our administrative personnel. Susan, Christina, and Monica will be pleased to assist you with scheduling appointments, discussion of fees, financial arrangements, and questions about dental insurance. Our office has the computer software which permits electronic submission of pre- estimates and dental claims for completed treatment. The administrative staff can easily explain this service to you.

We are very proud of our front-end staff; they each have a minimum of 10 years experience. Their goal is to make your visit to our office as smooth as possible with no unpleasant surprises.

Dental Operatory Assistants
Our practice currently employs six full time Certified Dental Assistants. The role of an operatory assistant is to be involved with the delivery of the endodontic service from the consultation right through to treatment completion and post-op care. Our assistants are very experienced and knowledgeable about root canal therapy. They can answer any questions you may have about the procedure, sterilization, x-rays, and drug prescriptions.

If you are anxious about the dental procedures or the root canal therapy in particular, our assistants are pleased to give information about different types of sedation that we offer in our office.
